You'll serve as a central support function across the Therapeutics Innovations team, driving alignment, execution, and visibility for initiatives in AI, genomics, and precision medicine. Your core impact involves being a force multiplier for partnerships, strategy, market intelligence, and cross-functional programs. This role stands out for its generalist focus in a high-growth environment at the intersection of AI and therapeutics.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support leadership in coordinating across R&D, Product, Medical Affairs, and Commercial.
• Monitor industry trends and competitive dynamics in AI, genomics, and therapeutics.
• Establish operating rhythms for tracking priorities and deliverables.
• Support partnership coordination, materials preparation, and stakeholder alignment.

📋 Requirements

• 4–7+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or BD in life sciences/healthcare/tech.
• Scientific understanding of oncology, immunology, or related therapeutic areas.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
