You'll own the strategy and hands-on execution of B2B marketing campaigns for a mission-driven edtech startup. Your work will directly drive inbound leads and pipeline growth for K-12 district sales. This role combines deep HubSpot expertise with creative campaign development.

  • Own HubSpot instance management, segmentation, workflows, and reporting.
  • Build multi-touch email campaigns aligned with buyer journey.
  • Conduct A/B testing on emails and optimize performance.
  • Analyze campaign ROI and deliver weekly insights to leadership.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 7 years of B2B demand generation experience in startups.
  • Hands-on proficiency in HubSpot (campaigns, scoring, workflows).
  • Track record of lead generation across webinars, emails, SEO, SEM.
  • Experience partnering with sales teams to hit revenue goals.
