You'll own the strategy and hands-on execution of B2B marketing campaigns for a mission-driven edtech startup. Your work will directly drive inbound leads and pipeline growth for K-12 district sales. This role combines deep HubSpot expertise with creative campaign development.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own HubSpot instance management, segmentation, workflows, and reporting.
- Build multi-touch email campaigns aligned with buyer journey.
- Conduct A/B testing on emails and optimize performance.
- Analyze campaign ROI and deliver weekly insights to leadership.
๐ Requirements
- 7 years of B2B demand generation experience in startups.
- Hands-on proficiency in HubSpot (campaigns, scoring, workflows).
- Track record of lead generation across webinars, emails, SEO, SEM.
- Experience partnering with sales teams to hit revenue goals.

- Experience with AI and automation tools.
- K-12 education market experience.
- Strong copywriting skills.
