Description

In this role, you will drive new business development and expand Agero's footprint within assigned regional territories. You'll engage with prospective B2B clients through site visits and virtual presentations to promote our roadside assistance technology and call center solutions, managing the early-to-mid stages of the sales cycle.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of related experience in sales, business development, marketing, or customer-facing role
  • College degree in Business or equivalent work experience
  • Authentic relationship building skills with high EQ
  • Resilient drive and self-starting initiative

Responsibilities

  • Execute proactive business development campaigns and territory plans to identify, qualify, and engage prospective B2B clients in the field
  • Conduct regular site visits, face-to-face meetings, and virtual presentations to demonstrate the value of technological solutions and call center services
  • Manage end-to-end sales pipeline for assigned regional accounts, from initial outreach to contract execution
  • Maintain meticulous records of field activities, pipeline progression, and customer interactions in CRM
  • Collaborate with Sales Manager and internal teams to align field messaging with corporate strategies
