💼 About This Role

You'll own the execution and improvement of compensation and benefits programs in a fast-growing tech company. You'll work closely with People Ops and leadership to ensure competitive and scalable reward structures across markets.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Design and maintain salary structures and incentive schemes.
  • Conduct compensation benchmarking and market surveys.
  • Prepare salary review proposals and adjustments for leadership.
  • Administer employee benefits programs and handle queries.

📋 Requirements

  • Experience in compensation & benefits or HR with C&B exposure.
  • Understanding of local labor laws and statutory contributions.
  • Analytical skills with attention to detail and data comfort.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and spreadsheets.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Regional or international compensation frameworks experience.
  • Working knowledge of people analytics tools.
