💼 About This Role
You'll own the execution and improvement of compensation and benefits programs in a fast-growing tech company. You'll work closely with People Ops and leadership to ensure competitive and scalable reward structures across markets.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Design and maintain salary structures and incentive schemes.
- Conduct compensation benchmarking and market surveys.
- Prepare salary review proposals and adjustments for leadership.
- Administer employee benefits programs and handle queries.
📋 Requirements
- Experience in compensation & benefits or HR with C&B exposure.
- Understanding of local labor laws and statutory contributions.
- Analytical skills with attention to detail and data comfort.
- Experience with HRIS systems and spreadsheets.

- Regional or international compensation frameworks experience.
- Working knowledge of people analytics tools.
