🎯 What You'll Do

• Propose and own technical architecture decisions
• Develop GraphQL and REST APIs using Node.js and React
• Lead the team's adoption of agentic engineering practices
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through code reviews and 1:1s

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years overall experience, 5+ years building production web applications
• 3+ years in a mentorship/leadership role
• Strong Node.js skills and experience with JS/TS ecosystem
• Hands-on experience with React and component-based architecture

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with security and data protection standards (ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR)
• Experience with high-traffic, high-availability applications
