Description

You will design and develop intuitive user interfaces for the ServiceNow platform, focusing on HR Service Delivery and employee workflows. Your work will translate complex processes into seamless digital experiences that boost adoption and productivity.

Requirements

• 3-5 years experience on ServiceNow platform, with 2-3 years in custom Service Portal or Next Experience UI development.
• Experience with modern front-end frameworks: AngularJS, React, jQuery, Bootstrap.
• Ability to conduct qualitative and quantitative research (interviews, surveys, usability testing).
• Proficiency in creating low- and high-fidelity prototypes.
• Strong understanding of UI design principles, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility.

Responsibilities

• Translate user research and business requirements into UX designs (user flows, wireframes, prototypes, mockups) for ServiceNow forms, portals, workspaces, and custom applications.
• Develop user-friendly interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript (AngularJS, React, ServiceNow scripting), and Bootstrap.
• Enhance out-of-the-box ServiceNow components and create custom widgets, pages, and themes for Service Portal and Employee Center.
• Align designs with ServiceNow's design system and Next Experience UI principles.
• Configure and extend ServiceNow modules (HRSD, ITSM, CSM, GRC) to optimize user experience.
