Description

You will lead and facilitate continuous improvement projects to enhance operational effectiveness, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. You'll apply Lean, Six Sigma, and other process improvement tools to identify and eliminate waste, improve processes, and drive measurable improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to map current processes, conduct root cause analysis, and implement solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree with Lean Six Sigma project management experience
• Lean and/or Six Sigma (Yellow Belt) certification preferred
• Analytical mindset with data-driven problem-solving skills
• Strong change management skills with empathy and active listening
• Excellent facilitation and project management skills with English fluency
