You'll lead a team of over 100 warehouse employees as the central contact in a fast-paced fulfillment center. You'll drive process optimization projects to improve logistics performance. This role offers a unique mix of operational shift leadership and strategic office work.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and motivate a team of supervisors and over 100 warehouse staff.
• Manage daily shift operations, prioritizing tasks to ensure reliable completion.
• Own and drive local process optimization projects for logistics workflows.
• Balance 3-4 operational leadership days with 1-2 strategic office days.

📋 Requirements

• Completed Bachelor's or Master's in logistics, supply chain, or related field.
• First practical experience in a warehouse environment (internship or working student).
• Fluent German and good English skills.
• Willingness to work evenings and occasional Saturdays.
