🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the full animation lifecycle from pre-production to final delivery.
• Lead early-stage creative ideation with art directors and creative leads.
• Build and optimize production templates for the global animation team.
• Champion and integrate generative AI tools into your workflow.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years professional experience in motion design and 2D animation.
• Advanced proficiency in After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI tools like Runway, MidJourney, or Adobe Firefly.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency for international team collaboration.

• 2D character animation or 3D animation (C4D/Blender).
• Storyboarding or Lottie/Rive experience.
• Agency/production background and knowledge of social platform specs.
