💼 About This Role

You'll own the development and delivery of technical enablement content for Verkada's Solutions Engineering team and partner ecosystem. Your work will directly accelerate time-to-competency and improve win rates for internal SEs and channel partners. This role uniquely combines deep technical fluency with content creation and teaching.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain structured learning paths for certification courses
• Create scalable enablement assets such as playbooks and battle cards
• Spend time in the field with SEs to identify skill gaps
• Design and deliver training sessions and workshops for partners

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in solutions engineering or technical enablement
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VLANs)
• Experience designing and delivering structured training programs

• Experience with LMS platforms and digital adoption tools
• Knowledge of physical security industry and competitive landscape
• Experience with AI-assisted content creation
