You'll provide one-on-one pediatric care for trach and ventilator clients in a weekend enhanced program. Your work brings critical home health services to families, with flexible scheduling and paid training. Weekly pay and preventive care coverage are included for all employees.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide pediatric trach and ventilator care
• Work weekend shifts (16 hours every other week)
• Document care using AlayaCare electronic charting
• Collaborate with clinical support team

📋 Requirements

• Active LPN license in New Jersey
• Ability to work weekend shifts including nights
• Commitment to minimum 16 hours every other weekend
• Pediatric trach/vent experience preferred but training available

✨ Nice to Have

• Pediatric nursing experience
• Trach and ventilator care experience
• CPR certification
