You'll join EquipmentShare to maintain and repair a variety of heavy equipment and aerial lifts for a mission-driven construction tech company. Your core impact is ensuring fleet reliability through advanced diagnostics and scheduled maintenance. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform maintenance and repair on heavy equipment and aerial lifts
• Use technology to create and monitor work orders and service intervals
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel issues
• Maintain paperwork and electronic documentation of work performed

📋 Requirements

• Advanced mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of tools
• Own tools applicable to position
• Extensive knowledge of construction equipment and schematics
• Experience in field service, maintenance and repair preferred
