💼 About This Role

You'll provide deliverability support to Braze customers, helping them improve email programs and leverage the Braze platform. Your work directly impacts customer success by troubleshooting issues and offering strategic recommendations. This role offers collaboration with Customer Success and Sales teams in a high-growth tech environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide fundamental deliverability support to customers and internal teams
• Manage and prioritize incoming tickets for troubleshooting
• Conduct in-depth investigations and audits of email sending practices
• Monitor customer email metrics and help improve sending reputation

📋 Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in deliverability-specific services at an ESP, agency, or large brand
• Proficiency in industry best practices for email deliverability
• Experience identifying and remediating deliverability issues
• Ability to present findings in a meaningful, consumable format to customers

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with IP warming and blocklist remediation
• Knowledge of Braze or similar customer engagement platforms
• Familiarity with spam traps and email authentication protocols
