💼 About This Role

You'll own the evolution of backend services powering the ArcGIS platform, combining deep technical fluency with product judgment. As a service owner, you'll shape priorities, balance tradeoffs, and ensure reliability and scalability. This role offers the chance to influence product direction across a cross-team environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end evolution of ArcGIS web services
• Serve as primary product decision-maker for assigned services
• Define service goals, success metrics, and quality standards
• Maintain and prioritize a comprehensive product backlog

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in a product-focused role (Product Engineer, Technical Product Owner, Product Manager)
• Strong experience in Agile software development environments
• Deep familiarity with web services and APIs, including RESTful services, versioning, and backward compatibility
• Experience working with ArcGIS applications and technologies

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience supporting enterprise-scale products
• Comfortable reading code in Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, or SQL
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
