Description
In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for retail partners, strengthening relationships and driving adoption of Nabis's wholesale platform and services. You'll collaborate across teams to optimize delivery, marketplace, and data tools while achieving revenue targets and supporting scalable retail initiatives.
Requirements
- Located in New York State.
- Background in retail cannabis sales or operations.
- Established relationships across NY cannabis retail.
- Strong customer experience expertise.
- Proven ability to drive revenue with external partners.
Responsibilities
- Act as primary contact for assigned retailers, managing relationships and ensuring seamless service across departments.
- Optimize core services (delivery, collections) by collaborating with Operations, AR, CX, BD, and Engineering teams.
- Educate retailers on complementary services (Marketplace, Bill Pay, data analytics) and drive adoption.
- Manage retail feature requests, maintain dossiers, and present relationship status internally.
- Track retailer engagement metrics (GMV, NPS, adoption rates) and identify improvement opportunities.
