Description

You will own the product direction for Asana's next generation of persona-packaged products, defining new product primitives for how modern teams plan, sequence, and ship work in an AI-native world. You'll partner with design and engineering to turn ambiguous problems into sharp workflows, validate directly with customers, and be accountable for business impact.

Requirements

• 10+ years of Product Management experience including 3+ years as people manager
• Background in building complex data models, human-centric UX, and B2B platform or enterprise experience
• Systems thinker comfortable with technical diagrams and holistic UX flows
• Strategic, customer-centric, and strong communicator with sharp product specs
• Growth mindset with curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies
