You'll support the execution and analysis of rapid A/B tests across GiveDirectly's programs, using data to inform product and program decisions. You'll manage a high volume of experiments and turn results into clear, credible evidence that continuously shapes program refinement. This role is fast-paced and iterative, generating actionable answers quickly.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct power calculations for experiment feasibility
• Set up pre-specified experimental designs and outcome measures
• Review experiment setups and flag execution risks
• Manage portfolio of 2-3 live A/B tests simultaneously
• Analyze experimental data and interpret results

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent
• 2-4 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation or research
• Strong quantitative analysis skills (statistical software)

• Experience with A/B testing in field settings
• Knowledge of impact evaluation methods
• Stata or R proficiency
