You'll serve as a strategic partner to the Chief Revenue Officer, defining go-to-market strategy and growth priorities for a leading health IT company. You'll drive commercial direction across segments, customer mix, and expansion opportunities while shaping executive narratives and board presentations. This role offers the chance to influence strategy at scale in a well-established, AI-forward organization.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Define go-to-market strategy across segments, personas, and solution areas
- Own segmentation strategy and ideal customer profile definition
- Provide commercial perspective on strategic partnerships and growth priorities
- Develop commercial narratives and board materials with the CRO
๐ Requirements
- 10+ years in commercial strategy, go-to-market leadership, or management consulting
- Proven ability to operate at executive strategy and field-adjacent levels
- Strong experience supporting executive leadership and board preparation
- Experience with segmentation, analytics, and commercial modeling
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience in healthcare technology or complex enterprise environments
- Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude
- Exceptional communication and influence skills
