๐ผ About This Role
You'll lead strategic client engagements as a trusted advisor, building executive relationships and driving measurable business outcomes for a portfolio of accounts. You'll partner with Account Executives and delivery teams to shape solution roadmaps, govern outcomes, and identify growth opportunities. This role focuses on advisory leadership and executive alignment, not day-to-day project management.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own executive stakeholder relationships and act as a trusted advisor to senior client leaders.
- Lead discovery and advisory workshops including problem framing and value stream mapping.
- Translate client needs into clear narratives covering current state, target outcomes, and roadmap.
- Govern delivery outcomes through steering committees and outcome tracking.
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years leading strategic client engagements in IT services or consulting.
- Strong executive presence and ability to build trust with senior stakeholders.
- Consultative approach to problem framing, discovery, and value realization.
- Experience partnering with sales, delivery, and technical teams across the engagement lifecycle.

- Experience in Atlassian, ITSM, DevEx, or SDLC modernization.
- Experience building multi-year transformation roadmaps or value measurement plans.
- Experience in a services organization with collaboration between delivery, sales, and advisory teams.
