💼 About This Role

You'll provide casework services to participants in a prison re-entry program, including intake, needs assessment, and treatment progress monitoring. You'll develop and monitor Case Management Plans and collaborate with CDCR staff. This role offers a chance to work within a therapeutic community and gain experience in criminal justice rehabilitation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct initial intake and needs assessments for participants.
• Prepare, review, and update Case Management Plans.
• Document participant progress and services provided.
• Make appropriate referrals to outside agencies.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences or related field OR high school diploma with 2 years experience with criminal justice population.
• Valid California driver's license and eligibility for Amity vehicle insurance.
• Operational knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Access.
• Understanding of long-term incarceration effects and re-entry practices.
