Description

As a District Partnership Specialist, you'll serve as a trusted consultant guiding school districts in Philadelphia through every stage of their IXL implementation. You'll deliver professional development, meet with district leaders to monitor progress and analyze data, and work with internal teams to expand partnerships.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree
• 5+ years delivering professional development in K-12 settings
• Experience as school/district administrator or extensive PD to those audiences
• Experience leading district or school instructional initiative
• Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Serve as IXL implementation expert for large, complex districts
• Create and implement professional development plans aligned to district goals
• Build relationships with district leaders, principals, and teachers
• Travel locally (40-60%) for PD, meetings, and classroom visits
• Analyze data to drive decision-making and strategize next steps
