💼 About This Role

You'll supervise and support students in a therapeutic community, ensuring safety and structure around the clock. Your role is critical in fostering a trusting environment for rehabilitation. This position offers hands-on experience in correctional treatment programs.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Supervise students during daytime and evening hours
• Document and monitor regular bed checks
• Intervene in student altercations and incidents
• Conduct emergency evacuation procedures

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least 21 years of age
• First Aid and CPR certification
• Knowledge of ethnic and cultural differences within criminal justice populations
