💼 About This Role

You'll design and build self-serve experiences as a fullstack developer on the Growth Team. Your work will directly impact customer activation and expansion through rapid experimentation. This role offers the chance to shape product-led growth at a leading cybersecurity company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and deliver net-new self-serve experiences for activation and expansion.
• Partner with product, design, and data to define hypotheses and metrics.
• Build high-quality, secure, and performant features balancing growth and trust.
• Contribute to experimentation infrastructure including feature flags and event schemas.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years professional software development in production SaaS environment.
• Experience building backend services in modern language like Go, Node.js, Ruby, or Python.
• Experience with React and/or TypeScript in customer-facing web applications.
• Experience designing and integrating backend systems including APIs and event-driven workflows.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience on a growth or product experimentation team.
• Familiarity with analytics platforms like Amplitude, Looker, or Qualtrics.
• Experience working cross-functionally translating technical concepts to business insights.
