You'll lead strategic enterprise acquisitions and close complex deals for an AI companion used by 150,000+ nurses. Your work will directly free frontline workers from admin, giving them back up to 30% of time. This role offers a rare opportunity to own a new market end-to-end and report to the CEO.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Identify and engage enterprise prospects with multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships as a trusted advisor
- Lead complex negotiations through legal and procurement processes
- Collaborate with product and tech teams for customized enterprise solutions
๐ Requirements
- Enterprise B2B SaaS sales experience (5+ years)
- Proven track record closing deals in the $100k-$2M+ ACV range
- Ability to generate own pipeline outbound and at events
- Strong executive presence with C-level stakeholders in procurement-heavy environments
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience in health tech or skilled nursing facility (SNF) sales
- Startup or founding team experience
- Familiarity with AI or voice technology products
