Description

As our Production Manager, you'll own end-to-end production across 3+ categories, 5+ countries, and 7+ factories. You'll manage the full PO lifecycle, lead vendor negotiations, and drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure on-time delivery and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Own full PO lifecycle from creation through INDC
• Serve as strategic partner to overseas vendors, resolving production challenges
• Lead price negotiations to achieve target LDP margins
• Define and drive vendor performance KPIs (lead time, margin, return rates)
• Manage factory capacity in alignment with forecasted demand
