You'll guide adoption of agentic AI as a versatile generalist data scientist at a leading aging care innovation company. Your work will directly impact the lives of older adults and their families. You'll partner with Engineering, PM, and Care Operations to design and implement data products.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Leverage data to solve a wide variety of business problems.
• Partner with Engineering, PM, and Care Operations to define strategy.
• Design and implement robust frameworks and metrics for data products.
• Lead design, implementation, and evaluation of predictive models.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience solving complex business problems.
• Python in a production environment.
• Foundation in traditional predictive machine learning (e.g., XGBoost).
• Deep expertise in Optimization or Agentic AI.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with causal inference methods.
• Experience optimizing portfolio allocation in a two-sided marketplace.
• Familiarity with MLOps practices, AWS, Docker, or CI/CD.
