💼 About This Role

You'll act as an enabler for Agile software development within Oracle EBS implementations for US federal government clients. You'll protect the team, remove barriers, and keep them focused on successful delivery. This role offers a collaborative community and hands-on growth opportunities.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Remove impediments and shield the team from distractions
• Maintain and prioritize the product backlog with the Product Owner
• Track and report sprint progress and release plans

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of Oracle packaged software delivery experience
• 5+ years of Agile delivery serving as scrum master
• US citizenship is required

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Oracle EBS Financials or Maintenance/Supply Chain modules
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, etc.)
