Description

You will lead the product direction for business-facing experiences that support Cato's B2B go-to-market strategy, partner ecosystem, and customer lifecycle, while managing a team of Product Managers. Your work will drive cross-company initiatives across sales, partners, customer success, and operations, shaping how stakeholders interact with Cato across the full business lifecycle.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience in B2B environment focusing on business processes
• Proven experience leading and mentoring Product Managers, including team structure and priorities
• Deep understanding of B2B business models and partner ecosystems
• Strong experience owning end-to-end business lifecycles including sales, onboarding, and post-sale
• Proven ability to lead large, cross-functional initiatives across multiple teams

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Product Managers across multiple business domains
• Own product direction and prioritization for business processes aligning with company strategy
• Drive end-to-end business and user journeys across partners, customers, and internal teams
• Lead strategic cross-company initiatives and break them into executable plans
• Ensure strong collaboration between Product and Engineering for scalable, reliable delivery
