🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Customer Onboarding team.
• Identify and implement AI and automation to accelerate time-to-go-live.
• Develop capacity planning and use analytics for resource management.
• Oversee customer project delivery and act as escalation point for issues.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of senior leadership in implementation or Customer Success.
• Proven experience in ERPs and/or Fintech space.
• Strong understanding of data analytics, process automation, and AI.
• Excellent capacity planning and resource management abilities.

✨ Nice to Have

• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Experience in AI-driven customer onboarding optimization.
