💼 About This Role

You'll provide technical support to Aurora's autonomous vehicle fleet, troubleshooting software and hardware issues during the third shift. You'll perform root cause analysis and collaborate with engineers to improve vehicle performance. This role offers hands-on experience with cutting-edge self-driving technology.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide technical support for vehicle software or hardware issues.
• Troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis for faults.
• Collaborate with engineers to improve product performance.
• Perform sensor calibrations, fleet upgrades, and new platform bring-up.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years experience with Linux Operating System in support/troubleshooting.
• Experience with complex hardware/software systems including lidar, radar, cameras, and computers.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills from inception to closure.
• Strong documentation skills.

✨ Nice to Have

• BS in Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or related STEM field.
• Previous automotive or AV technical experience.
• Programming skills (e.g., Python, Go, C++, SQL).
