💼 About This Role

You'll lead global sourcing strategies and manage end-to-end NPI processes for Crusoe Cloud compute initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive speed and efficiency. Your work will directly impact the success of our AI infrastructure expansion, operating at the intersection of energy, manufacturing, and cloud services.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop global sourcing strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Manage NPI process from kickoff to release.
• Evaluate and manage key supplier relationships.
• Conduct risk management and contingency planning for supply contracts.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in supply chain or procurement.
• Experience in Data Center Infrastructure, Cloud, or Hardware supply chains.
• Proven track record with NPI deployments and complex supply chains.

• Experience managing data center infrastructure categories.
• Professional certification such as CPSM, CSCP, or CPIM.
• Experience with AI/data center infrastructure supply chains.
