💼 About This Role

You'll lead multi-disciplinary hardware projects for vertically integrated small EVs, owning module platforms from concept to launch. You'll manage complex electromechanical modules across powertrain, low voltage electronics, and chassis for multiple product lines. This role offers the chance to ship 0-to-1 products and scale a world-class organization.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead multi-disciplinary hardware projects from start to finish.
• Manage module program schedules, design releases, and resource needs.
• Identify and resolve top program blockers with cross-functional teams.
• Communicate progress and status to stakeholders and leadership.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
• 5-7+ years of program management or similar cross-functional experience
• Experience shipping complex hardware+software products through EVT, DVT, PVT
