You'll design, scale, and govern a modern cloud-based data platform powering smarter decisions across the business. Your work on data ingestion, architecture, and governance will ensure quality and scalability for thousands of SMB trucking companies. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Architect and scale ingestion frameworks for diverse data sources.
• Define and enforce data schemas to ensure integrity and discoverability.
• Own data governance strategy including quality, lineage, and compliance.
• Design and optimize system-wide data architecture for analytics and ML.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of data engineering experience with 3+ years in senior or staff-level roles.
• Deep experience with cloud-native data platforms like Snowflake, BigQuery, or Databricks.
• Strong command of SQL and Python for performant, reusable components.
• Hands-on knowledge of data governance frameworks (quality, lineage, cataloging, compliance).

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with orchestration tools like Airflow, Dagster, or Prefect.
• Experience with metadata/catalog platforms like dbt, DataHub, or Amundsen.
• Ability to set long-term technical vision while driving near-term execution.
