Requirements
- 1+ years of SDR or BDR experience in SaaS or tech sales
- Tech-savvy with ability to quickly learn new tools and platforms
- Comfortable in a fast-changing, experimental environment
- Execution-driven with strong ownership mentality
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to solve problems creatively
Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound and inbound prospecting across calls, email, and LinkedIn
- Partner with Marketing to design, test, and optimize go-to-market strategies
- Track and analyze campaign performance, providing insights on messaging and targeting
- Build and refine outbound/inbound playbooks based on real-world learnings
- Manage daily outreach and discovery conversations while hitting activity targets
