Description

You will provide compassionate, evidence-based care to women navigating perimenopause, menopause, and other midlife transitions through a virtual-first care model. You'll have purposeful visits with time to listen and educate, supported by expert-developed protocols and a collaborative clinical team.

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted NP license in at least one U.S. state (multiple states preferred)
• Prescriptive authority as a Nurse Practitioner
• Active national board certification (FNP, WHNP, AGNP or similar)
• Minimum 3 years recent NP experience in Primary Care, Women's Health, or Gynecology
• High proficiency with technology (telehealth platforms, EMRs, communication tools)

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized, evidence-based care for women in midlife via telehealth
• Conduct quality visits with time to listen, educate, and personalize treatment
• Utilize expert-developed clinical pathways including hormonal therapy and lifestyle coaching
• Order labs, prescriptions, supplements, and referrals as needed
• Collaborate with care coordinators and clinical leaders to support patient care
