Description

You will build, own, and scale production hardware infrastructure from the ground up, ensuring reliability and scalability as we grow into new markets. This hands-on role involves overseeing hardware management, troubleshooting, and project leadership at the intersection of mechanical, electrical, and software systems.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years in hardware, industrial maintenance, automation, robotics, or similar environment
• Hands-on experience with 3D printing and rapid prototyping to design custom parts or fixtures
• Deep hands-on troubleshooting ability across mechanical and electrical systems
• Experience with calibration and repair of complex industrial hardware
• Willingness to travel up to 20% (including internationally); ability to lift up to 40 lbs

Responsibilities

• Oversee setup, testing, installation, maintenance, and repair of hardware including sensors, scanners, industrial printers, and production devices
• Design and produce custom parts using CAD and 3D printing for rapid prototyping and repairs
• Manage complex equipment including motors, breakers, variable speed drives, process control devices, pneumatics, hydraulics, and electrical components
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair malfunctioning machinery; perform routine maintenance and calibration
• Lead technical hardware projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely and budget-conscious completion
