🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee scheduling and dispatching of plumbing technicians.
• Hire, train, and develop plumbing technicians and support staff.
• Resolve escalated customer issues and monitor satisfaction.
• Build and sell plumbing service estimates to drive revenue.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of plumbing industry experience.
• ServiceTitan or similar field service management software experience.
• 7 years of service plumbing experience (implied senior).
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

• Master Plumber License.
• Experience running KPIs and performance metrics.
• Estimating and sales experience in trades.
