🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain backend systems integrating with credit card and banking platforms
• Scale and generalize the system for growth and flexibility
• Architect robust microservices patterns and core frameworks
• Own end-to-end feature development and deployment

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years in software development with 2+ years in Go or Java
• Experience on platform teams contributing to system architecture
• Led end-to-end implementation of a key product feature or re-architecture
• Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and design patterns

• Experience mentoring junior team members
• Experience leading project teams as sole tech lead
