๐ผ About This Role
You'll support Bigblue merchants by resolving day-to-day issues through HelpScout, ensuring a world-class customer experience. You'll also educate merchants on logistics and the app, and collaborate with Product and Operations teams to improve the platform. This role is key as we scale rapidly with 500+ brands.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Answer merchant requests via HelpScout, meeting KPIs like <2h response time.
- Build strong relationships and train merchants on the Bigblue App.
- Maintain and create Help Center articles for continuous improvement.
- Represent merchant voice internally to improve service and product.
๐ Requirements
- 3+ years in a client-facing role.
- Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
- Organizational and time management skills to handle high ticket volume.
- Analytical mindset to identify issues and improve processes.
โจ Nice to Have
- Other languages (Spanish, German).
- Previous experience in a logistics company.
- Experience in a scale-up.
