Description
You will manage an assigned caseload, providing ongoing development, training, and monitoring of behavioral support systems including Positive Behavior Intervention and Behavior Plans. You'll work within a multidisciplinary team to ensure best practices and regulatory standards are met while helping neurodiverse individuals live more independently.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or related field.
- Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Computer skills.
- Must have satisfactory background checks.
- Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
Responsibilities
- Stays current with trends in the field and ensures best practices are implemented.
- Works within a multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary team to meet Aspire’s standards, best practices, and regulatory standards.
- Participates in agency-wide, state-specific, and stakeholder committees as assigned.
- May oversee other areas including behavior-modifying medication or restrictive practices.
- Completes assessments and related requirements in compliance with the service provision cycle for individuals on the respective caseload.
