💼 About This Role

You'll provide skilled speech therapy services to patients in their homes in the Gilroy/Morgan Hill area as part of an interdisciplinary care team. You'll evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders, serving as an educator and patient advocate. This role offers flexible scheduling, small coverage areas, and autonomy with no clocking in/out.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide skilled speech therapy services to patients in their homes
• Evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team and case manager
• Educate patients and families on communication and swallowing strategies

📋 Requirements

• Current unrestricted CA Speech Therapist License
• Current BLS/CPR Certification
• Valid CA Driver's License
• Knowledge of state and federal homecare regulatory guidelines
