Description

You will manage the provisioning of local and toll-free numbers for global markets, including porting, routing, and order management. You'll handle move, add, change, and disconnect orders, and participate in customer go-live activities.

Responsibilities

• Manage move, add, change, and disconnect orders (MACDs) within queues within published SLAs
• Initiate and complete orders for porting, routing, and provisioning inbound number services
• Document all activities related to MACDs in order queuing systems
• Handle routine, escalated, and expedited orders efficiently
• Participate in customer go-live activities including hot-cuts and carrier engagement
