You'll join Brave Health to review therapy documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Your work directly improves access to mental health care for underserved communities. This is a part-time, fully remote role with no on-call or weekends.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Review treatment plans and progress notes for accuracy and compliance.
• Conduct regular audits to assess documentation quality.
• Provide feedback to associate therapists on documentation improvement.
• Collaborate with leadership on documentation and compliance issues.

📋 Requirements

• Active LMHC-D, LCSW, or LMFT-D license.
• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology.
• Experience with EHR systems and therapy documentation.
• Experience in behavioral health or therapy documentation.

• Familiarity with healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
• Experience in quality assurance or compliance roles.
