Description

Manage the day-to-day operations of multiple affiliate programs, including affiliate communications, reporting, and general account maintenance. You'll work closely with your manager and peers to maximize program effectiveness and drive growth.

Requirements

• Fluency in either French, Italian or Spanish
• 1-2 years of work experience; background in online marketing, e-commerce, or affiliate marketing beneficial
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables, formatting)
• Ability to travel when necessary for conferences and team meetings
• Knowledge of HTML is a plus

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain client and affiliate communications, including creative newsletters and updates
• Develop relationships with clients and partners to understand their goals and objectives
• Utilize Excel to produce detailed reports, track performance, and analyze data for insights
• Own and manage client tasks with minimal supervision, ensuring deadlines are met
• Manage multiple affiliate campaigns, maintaining balanced focus and organizing tasks by priority
• Collaborate with peers and management to contribute ideas for process improvements and training
