🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct daily rounding in skilled nursing facilities
• Prescribe medications and treatment plans
• Address acute and emergent patient issues
• Communicate with nursing staff via phone or secure messaging
• Ensure compliance with clinical standards and regulations

📋 Requirements

• Active U.S. license and board certification as an NP or PA
• Qualified specialty in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or similar
• Ability to perform essential functions with or without accommodation
