• Manage end-to-end hiring processes and convince candidates to join
• Source candidates from diverse backgrounds and ensure inclusive experience
• Use data to improve hiring process effectiveness

📋 Requirements

• Experience recruiting for fast-paced, product-focused tech companies
• Deep commitment to inclusiveness and diversity
• Proven sourcing skills and resourcefulness
• In-house recruiting experience at a startup or scale-up
