Description

Provide first-level IT support to multiple users, handling inquiries, problems, and requests. Perform diagnostics and resolution for computers, telephony, network printers, scanners, and other equipment. Manage service desk tickets and assist with equipment procurement and inventory.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in IT support or process optimization
  • Experience with Windows, Linux, and macOS operating systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Experience with Service Desk applications and ITSM basics
  • Intermediate to advanced English (interview in English)

Responsibilities

  • Provide IT support to multiple users for hardware, software, and network issues
  • Perform primary diagnostics and resolve problems for computers, telephony, printers, scanners, cameras, Wi-Fi
  • Manage requests received through Service Desk system
  • Assist in equipment acquisition, distribution, and inventory processes
  • Supervise contractor engineers and ensure SLA compliance
