Description
As an Infant Assistant Guide at Guidepost Montessori, you will support a mixed-age Montessori classroom, helping create a calm, engaging environment where children ages 0-6 can explore and grow. You'll observe children to understand their needs, prepare learning spaces, and support individual and small-group activities, all while building respectful relationships with children and families.
Requirements
- Experience working with children ages 3-6 in a school or childcare setting
- Positive, adaptable, and collaborative mindset
- Genuine love for working with young children
- Interest in learning Montessori approach
