You'll lead backend systems design for AI-powered digital products at a global consultancy. You'll architect distributed, cloud-native solutions integrating LLMs and vector databases, and coordinate coding agents to deliver requirements.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and develop scalable backend systems using Python and cloud-native patterns.
• Coordinate teams of coding agents to deliver engineering requirements.
• Implement RESTful APIs and AI-powered backends with RAG and LLMs.
• Ensure system observability, reliability, and maintainability in production.

📋 Requirements

• Python 3 backend development experience.
• Google Cloud Platform (GCP) expertise with Vertex AI and Gen AI APIs.
• Experience with LLMs (Gemini, Claude, GPT-4/5) and vector stores.
• Proven spec-driven development practice.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with BMAD Method or similar spec-driven frameworks.
• Familiarity with Terraform, gRPC, or eCommerce platforms.
