🎯 What You'll Do

• Architect unified customer profile resolving fragmented identities.
• Build high-throughput event ingestion pipelines (100M+ events/day).
• Design messaging governance infrastructure for compliance and rate limiting.
• Lead consolidation of fragmented messaging vendor ecosystem.

📋 Requirements

• 12+ years of software engineering experience.
• 3+ years as staff-level IC owning large-scale distributed systems.
• Deep expertise building Customer Data Platform capabilities from scratch.
• Experience designing real-time data pipelines with Kafka, Flink, or Spark.

• Experience with CDP tools like Segment or mParticle.
